Therapy retreats

Because some breakthroughs can't wait for next Tuesday.

Therapy retreats offer something weekly sessions simply can't, uninterrupted time and space to do the kind of deep, focused work that actually moves the needle. Instead of spreading insights across months of 50-minute appointments, you arrive with a specific focus and leave with real clarity and a concrete path forward.

Therapy retreats work best for women and couples who are done circling the same ground and ready to go somewhere new. Using IFS and EFT, I tailor every retreat specifically to where you are and what you need, because the goal isn't comfort, it's transformation.

Intentional Time

Setting aside weekly time for therapy can be a great way to nurture yourself, but so often, especially with the advent of telehealth, people are squeezing in their sessions on a lunch break from work or right before rushing out the door for a kids event.

Therapy Intensives allow you set aside a limited and specific amount of time where your only focus is yourself and your therapy goals. Because of the larger blocks of time, they encourage you to pause the busy activities of your daily life and dedicate your attention to your healing.

Intentional Focus

The extended and concentrated time a Therapy Intensive offers means that the in and out of weekly therapy that often leads to spending time processing the "crisis of the week" is eliminated.

Before the intensive, a specific goal and focus of the intensive time is identified so that the entire therapy intensive is spent on the specific healing you are looking for.

Therapy Intensives can take place in a variety of formats. I offer several ways of doing intensives, so you can choose the schedule that fits your needs the best.

One way I offer this is by scheduling two hour sessions rather than the standard 50 minute sessions. Another option is scheduling multiple, consecutive days of three-hour sessions each. The final way is a Therapy Retreat where the three hour sessions are on the same day or days with a time for rest and retreat in between. I can also customize an intensive that meets your needs and healing goals.
