You Are Not Alone!
You're here because you've read the book, talked to the friend, and tried the thing, and you still feel stuck! And so you are searching the internet, reading websites of people you've never met, hoping they will be able to provide you some kind of answer or some kind of hope. I've been there! I get it! It feels so vulnerable! You are not alone! I meet with women like you every week who have felt safe enough and hopeful enough to begin the work of healing. And honestly, you're some of my favorite people in the world.
I think finding a good therapist can be a little like finding a good hairstylist. It can be difficult to find someone you can trust, and once you do, you don't want to go to anyone else!
I value getting to know my clients and seeing the transformation that can happen. I believe that everything you need for healing is already in you. I just come along side you to help you find it. So, I invite you to spend a little time getting to know me and what my therapy practice is all about on the pages of this website. And if after that, you feel safe ENOUGH, hopeful ENOUGH, curious ENOUGH, I hope you will email me with a question or two and give me a chance to get to know you too.

(This is a picture of me from the late 80’s, so the need to find a good hairstylist is not lost on me!)

I Love What I Do!

When my kids complain about Mondays, I remind them that if they love their jobs they won't have to dread Mondays. I don't dread any weekdays, because I love the days I get to connect with my clients, get the privilege and honor of being a part of their lives, and help them experience transformation that changes their lives for the better. It's hard to top that for a Monday!
